South African R&B sensation Elaine is set to make waves in the music industry once again with the announcement of her upcoming debut album and the release of her new lead single, "Waiting On You," this Friday, August 2nd.
Elaine, whose full name is Ndivhuwo Elaine Mukheli, shared the exciting news with her fans, revealing the single's official cover art and expressing heartfelt gratitude for their patience and continued support.

Elaine's journey to stardom has been remarkable. She made her breakthrough with her critically acclaimed 2019 debut EP, "Elements," which became a Platinum-certified bestseller in South Africa and made her the first independent female artist to simultaneously have a No. 1 album on both the iTunes and Apple Music charts.
In 2020, her EP "Elements" was nominated for R&B Album of the Year at the South African Music Awards. Elaine's career took a significant leap forward when she signed with Columbia Records in late 2020, transitioning from an independent artist to a major label star.
