After years of collaborations, conversations and music that had been sitting in the vault, South African rap, and R&B favourites Nasty C and Tellaman have finally released their long-awaited joint album, "T's & C's Apply," bringing together 17 tracks that continue a musical relationship the two Durban artists have built over the course of their careers.

The album arrives through their independent platforms TallRacks and Select Play Music, following a rollout that gradually introduced listeners to the project through records including "Call Me," "Come Over 2.0," "Sally's Interlude," "Playlist" and "Natural". What began with the initial four-track release has now opened up into the full-length project, giving Nasty C and Tellaman the space to take their collaboration beyond individual records and into a body of work that belongs to both artists.

The foundation for the album goes back much further than its 2026 rollout. Nasty C and Tellaman have known each other since their teenage years in Durban, and their musical history has seen them reconnect on a number of records over the years, including "Don't Do It," "25," "S.A.P.," "Whipped," and more recently, "Big Timing". Their respective sounds have always found a meeting point, with Nasty C's hip-hop background sitting alongside Tellaman's R&B influence and giving their collaborations a sound of their own.



The idea of making a full project together had also existed long before there was an official release date. Songs and ideas had accumulated between the two over the years, eventually leading them to revisit that material and build something around it. Nasty C has described the project as leaning more towards R&B than hip-hop, while the duo have also spoken about the different moods explored across the music and its winter-inspired feel.

Across the finished album, that direction unfolds through a 17-track tracklist that begins with "Intro" featuring AyandaMVP, followed by "Call Me," "Come Over 2.0" featuring Oxlade and "Sally's Interlude". The project then moves through "Playlist," "Natural," "To The Moon & Back" featuring AyandaMVP, "Liar Liar," "LFTOS" featuring Lusanda, "City Lights," "Free," "1sec" featuring CrownedYung, "Throw That," "M 4 Must" featuring CrownedYung, "Freak," "Mode" featuring Blxckie, and "As Planned".

The rollout gave listeners pieces of the project in the same order they appear on the album, starting with "Call Me" before "Come Over" and "Sally's Interlude," then moving into "Playlist" and "Natural". That gradual introduction allowed the collaboration to take shape over time, with each release adding another part to what the two artists had been putting together.

For Nasty C and Tellaman, the album also comes at a point where both artists have already established their individual identities. Nasty C has grown from his Durban beginnings into one of Africa's most recognized hip-hop artists, while Tellaman has continued building a distinctive place within South Africa's R&B landscape. T's & C's Apply gives them an opportunity to step away from the boundaries of their individual catalogues and revisit the musical space they have occupied together through years of collaborations.

Even the title plays on the familiar phrase "terms and conditions apply," while folding the identities of both artists into the name. It fits a project that has taken its time to arrive, particularly given how much of the album grew from music the two had already created before deciding to turn those ideas into a complete body of work.

Now that the full 17-track project is finally here, T's & C's Apply moves Nasty C and Tellaman's relationship beyond the occasional collaboration and into a shared chapter of their catalogues. After years of leaving pieces of that partnership across different releases, the two have finally brought it together in one place.
